McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service and adherence to McDonald’s standards. You will guide crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, and help prepare the next shift to run smoothly.

Previous leadership experience is preferred. A 17+ age requirement applies for managers in franchise locations. Starting pay is $16/hour during training, rising to $17–$18/hour with verified availability and performance.
