PepperJax Grill in Grand Island is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments quickly and accurately.

The role offers flexible scheduling, full- or part-time opportunities, and room for advancement within a growing brand. Strong leadership, teamwork, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Must have adequate transportation.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Skilled with multitasking and fast-paced environment.
• Perform shift manager duties and exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Work together as a team to ensure cohesive service.
