McDonald’s is hiring Shift Managers in a fast-paced, franchise restaurant environment. Roles are available part-time and full-time with morning and closing shifts. You will lead the crew, maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness, and promote a positive guest experience.

Earn up to $18.00/hour to start, with free meals on each shift, on-demand pay, and strong growth opportunities within the franchise. Experience is welcome, but attitude and leadership potential are key; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee crew and other managers during a shift to meet standards.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and shift targets.
• Coordinate with next Shift Manager for smooth handoffs.
