McDonald’s Corporation operates a franchisee-owned restaurant in Arkansas. We are hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service, and drive the team to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, safety, security and profitability, and preparing the next shift. Previous leadership experience is preferred; you must be 18+ to supervise in these roles.

Formación

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
