McDonald's Hoover, AL is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure top standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will train staff, manage schedules, control inventory, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by coaching staff and organizing service areas
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
