BaRu Enterprises, LLC is recruiting a Shift Manager for a McDonald's restaurant in Texas. You will lead a crew, supervise shifts, ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and drive safe, profitable operations.

We value previous leadership in hospitality, a flexible schedule, and a positive, energetic team player. Eligible applicants must be 18+ and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include competitive pay and Archways to Opportunity education support.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee team performance, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift and ensure targets are met.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and aiding Departments to meet goals.
