Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and oversee daily operations. You will supervise crew and other managers, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service for every guest.

Responsibilities include shift planning, performance monitoring, safety, security and profitability, and coaching the team to meet McDonald’s standards. A flexible schedule and prior leadership in food service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and ensure McDonald's standards.
• Meet targets and support departments in achieving goals.
