Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to lead shifts, supervise team members, and uphold brand standards. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely service while maintaining inventory and financial accountability.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic math and computer skills, reliable transportation, and strong leadership abilities. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities accompany competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Charter Foods standards and brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability for shifts.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver quality service.
• Collaborate with management to meet performance targets and compliance.
