Job summary

AES Restaurants in Springboro, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Shift Manager. In this role, you will ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction by overseeing operations during assigned shifts. You will mentor team members while holding full accountability for restaurant performance when management is absent.

Ideal candidates will excel in leadership, operations management, and possess the ability to handle food and labor cost management. A valid driver's license and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results.
