A restaurant group in Waverly, Ohio is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be capable of training team members, and maintain high performance standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory and cash controls, as well as achieving customer satisfaction. This role offers full-time opportunities with a variety of employee benefits.

Formación

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
