McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager at a franchised restaurant in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. You will lead shifts, motivate crew, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience every visit.

You will oversee food safety, quality, inventory, training, and people practices while meeting daily goals and maintaining McDonald’s standards. Previous leadership in hospitality helps, and you must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule and positive team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every guest.
• Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during shifts to uphold McDonald’s standards.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality and profitability; communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Meet daily targets and complete paperwork timely, assisting departments to meet goals.
• Maintain food safety, inventory, and overall cleanliness and training across the team.
