Dossani Paradise Burger King in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure top-tier guest service. The role involves directing daily restaurant operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting management to hit store targets.

Openings include both full-time and part-time shifts. Candidates should be capable of working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in fast-food or similar restaurant environment preferred.
On-the-job training provided.
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Manage Team Member performance and delegate tasks.
Oversee day-to-day workflow and restaurant operations.
Train, motivate and lead Team Members with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Provide production direction to Team Members and assist as needed.
