Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Oakland Park, FL, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager by supervising shifts, driving sales and profits, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Required 1-2 years restaurant management experience (preferably QSR), basic math skills, and a flexible, high-energy work style suitable for a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to our core values.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math aptitude for day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees, or Guests to the General Manager.
• Ensuring policy and procedures are followed on shifts; training Team Members on operations, policies and Guest service.
• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy violations.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and Guests.
