The role leads weekly shifts, ensures fast, accurate, friendly service, and upholds quality, service and cleanliness standards. Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule, positive team player, and willingness to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s setting.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and prepare the next shift.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments reach goals and meet targets during shifts.
