Job summary

KBP Inspired, a leading KBP Brands restaurant franchise, is seeking a motivated Shift Manager for our Arby’s location in Orlando. You’ll lead daily operations, supervise team members, uphold standards, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
