You will help train team members, manage shifts, and uphold the brand experience for guests in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with the management team to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction across the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively; English fluency may be essential for some stations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality customer service and food preparation.
• Support and learn management responsibilities from Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Uphold brand standards and drive a positive guest experience.
