Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager for Kitchen 81 Cafe in Terral, OK. The role leads daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while guiding a diverse team.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to dress code standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
