Dairy Queen, a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high standards in customer service and food quality.

As a member of the team you will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager by handling shift duties, supervising staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in line with brand standards. 18+ years old, with 1+ years supervisory experience, preferred language fluency of English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; fluency in English may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
