Charley's in Chillicothe, Ohio is seeking upbeat, hardworking Shift Managers to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent operations of the restaurant.

You will lead team members across stations, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and perform duties as needed to keep service fast and friendly. The role offers competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to support the community through Charley’s Kids and local partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Acts in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner toward customers and co-workers at all times.
• Performs duties in the Basic Stations (cashier, prep, grill, topping, etc) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure that preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
• Performs effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change and minimal direct supervision.
• Cleaning in accordance to our company's sanitary standards.
• Performs frequent washing and sanitizing of: food areas, food preparation tools, and hands.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned or required.
