HAZA Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and mentor the Wendy's team at our Boutte location. You will guide daily operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety standards while driving guest satisfaction.

You will build a cohesive team through coaching, scheduling, and hands-on training, with opportunities for advancement and a stable work-life balance in a flexible, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead restaurant team to deliver great service and achieve goals.
• Promote food safety procedures and brand standards.
