Super Star Car Wash in Dublin & Union is seeking a Shift Manager (Manager-on-Duty) to lead daily operations, staffing, safety, and guest service in a fast-paced car wash environment.

The Opportunity

Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and is looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills.

What You'll Do

Lead Operations

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-throughExecute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness

Coach and Develop Teams

• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability

Uphold Safety & Brand Standards

• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards

Rotational Leadership Focus Areas -

To support leadership development, ShiftManagers rotate through the following focus areas:

• People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance
• Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps
• Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results
• High integrity and professionalism
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style

Pay Range - The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.

$18.25 - $19.25 per hour
