Job summary

HAZA Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to guide the team, lead by example, and promote a customer-first environment across our Wendy's-inspired locations. You will be responsible for training staff, ensuring procedures are followed, and helping the restaurant achieve its daily targets.

You should be able to motivate the team, manage shift operations, and uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining a supportive work culture and opportunities for advancement.
