Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure quality customer service and food standards, and support supervision of staff alongside the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in food service or retail supervision, being 18+, passing a background check, and clear communication in English as the primary language of the location.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
