Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager at one of our Dairy Queen locations. The Shift Manager delivers quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while supporting and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail, can pass a background check, and can communicate effectively in English

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and food products following brand standards.
• Assists and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
