As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift, manage inventory, ensure safety and quality, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Ability to perform cleaning and groundskeeping tasks
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for 80% of shift time
