Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during shifts, managing front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stock monitoring.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement efficiency strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Gaming badge and ABLE license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
