Auntie Anne's in Frisco, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold brand quality across each shift.

You will oversee shifts, coach staff, manage safety and cash handling, and support open/close procedures while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Join us to help bake joy into every pretzel and every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of food service or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification current or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.

Responsibilities
