Auntie Anne's is seeking a Shift Manager in Chicago to lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure top guest experiences. You will oversee operations, food safety, and accuracy of orders while maintaining a clean, fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in food service or supervisory roles, strong communication and reliability, and a readiness to train and develop staff in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
