Auntie Anne's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead by example, coach a busy team, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. You will oversee shift operations, prepare and serve products to brand standards, monitor safety and cleanliness, and handle cash with accuracy.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and strong communication. You'll train teammates, support opening/closing procedures, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced store environment where guests leave smiling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and guest service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, energetic service and lead shift operations.
• Coach team members, assign tasks, and maintain brand standards.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to recipes.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and accurate cash handling.
