Job summary

Workstream is seeking Shift Managers for the Del Taco restaurant chain in Port Charlotte, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and enhancing the guest experience while developing their team.

Shift Managers will create a positive and organized environment, train and motivate staff, and help in guiding future leaders. A welcoming attitude and a passion for people development are essential for this role.
