Job summary

Super Star Car Wash in Colorado Springs seeks a driven leader to supervise daily operations, own shift execution, and act as Manager-on-Duty to resolve guest and team issues with confidence.

You will lead, coach, and develop teams, maintain safety and brand standards, and focus on staffing, training, and performance. This role offers real decision-making authority and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.

What You'll Do

Lead Operations

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards

Coach and Develop Teams

Uphold Safety & Brand Standards

• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
  
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
  
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards

Rotational Leadership Focus Areas -

• People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance
  
• Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps
  
• Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
  
• High school diploma or GED

Pay Range - The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
