McDonald's Franchise in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Part-Time Shift Manager to lead Crew Members, plan and organize each shift, assign roles, and ensure fast, friendly service with high standards for quality and safety.

The role requires leadership experience, a positive attitude, dependability, and strong communication. Training and development opportunities will be provided, with a view to advancing to higher management as the restaurant grows.

This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination.

What You'll Do

Shift Managers provide leadership during assigned shifts to help ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining strong standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities may include:
