Job summary

Checkers & Rally's Drive-In Restaurants in the Dayton area is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager by leading shifts, achieving sales and profit goals, and delivering outstanding guest and team service.

You will train teams on operations, ensure policy compliance, handle guest issues, maintain a safe, clean, and energetic workplace, and help advance through performance, recognition programs, and growth opportunities. Details available at the restaurant during your interview.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations

• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedures violations

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK
