Job summary

Burger King Worcester is hiring for a hands-on team member who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise, train and motivate staff to deliver enthusiastic customer service and ensure orders are taken promptly and accurately while resolving customer concerns.

You will also take shift inventories, determine ordering needs, and oversee cash handling during shifts and at closing. Reliable transportation and the ability to work well with others are essential.

• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.

• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
