Job summary

Burger King Worcester is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant. You will ensure prompt, friendly service and help drive customer satisfaction in every shift.

Responsibilities include training and motivating staff, taking accurate orders, managing inventory, handling cash and deposits, and resolving concerns. Strong math, communication and reliability are essential, along with transportation to and from work.

Qualifications
