Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive a safe, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced environment. You will rotate through areas of responsibility to build leadership, business, and operational skills, while coaching teams and upholding brand standards.

Requirements include a minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to motivate and coach others outdoors in all weather.

The Opportunity

Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership.Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills.

What You'll Do

Lead Operations

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards
  
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
  
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
  
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
  

Coach and Develop Teams

• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards
  
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members
  
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability

Uphold Safety & Brand Standards

• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
  
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
  
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards

Rotational Leadership Focus Areas -

To support leadership development, ShiftManagers rotate through the following focus areas:

• People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance
  
• Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps
  
• Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required
  
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results
  
• High integrity and professionalism
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style
