Job summary

MAC Pizza is a leading Domino’s franchise in Texas seeking a Shift Manager to lead and develop a team on a fast-paced shift. You’ll receive training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring, and you’ll work to conquer the rush while building essential leadership skills.

In this role you’ll help train and supervise staff, ensure standards are met, and support store operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This position is on-site at MAC Pizza locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• Dependenable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
• Desire to lead people.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
