Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a shift supervisor at our Bolingbrook, IL location. The pay is $18.00/hour plus tips and a bonus, with duties including overseeing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring quality, customer relations, and team and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the General Manager’s absence and direct staff to ensure standards are met.
• Manage product preparation, delivery, and quality control while maintaining customer relations.
• Oversee restaurant maintenance, as well as team and inventory management and other duties as required.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
