Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Ypsilanti, MI. You will coach teammates, handle customer service, and uphold brand standards while delivering great guest experiences.

As a full-time Shift Manager, you will supervise opening/closing tasks, manage staffing, ensure food safety, and promote the Wendy’s Way through hands-on training and accountability.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
