Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to help run our restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising daily operations, coaching teammates, and ensuring brand standards are met on every shift.

The ideal candidate is a positive, fast-paced leader who motivates others and provides excellent customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members during each shift.
• Delegate tasks and communicate shift goals and priorities.
• Coach employees with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform all Team Member responsibilities as needed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales goals.
• Ensure all food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Complete shift change communication to ensure smooth transitions.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Lead by example by providing friendly, fast, and accurate service.
• Encourage Team Members to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Follow company policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Manage cash handling procedures and monitor cash over/short during each shift.
• Assist with employee scheduling as assigned.

Education/Experience:
