Job summary

McDonald's is seeking enthusiastic, dependable team members to join our crew. This role focuses on leading shifts, delivering a fast, accurate and friendly guest experience, and upholding food safety standards.

You will supervise Crew and other Managers, train new staff, and help drive performance across operations while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction on every visit.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, dependable candidates preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced service environment is a plus.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with Crew and Shift Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during shifts to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Aim to meet targets and help departments reach goals; monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts, while delivering exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you would oversee shifts every week and make sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers also play an important role in running great restaurants by:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
• Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, too
• Achieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals
• Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shiftProviding exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical job functions
