Job summary

Panera Bread Wellington is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced bakery-café, ensuring outstanding guest service and smooth daily operations. You will model Panera’s values, supervise the team, and uphold health and safety standards while managing opening, mid, and closing shifts in a community-focused setting.

Candidates should be 18+, pass a background check, and be able to work 15–40 hours weekly with some holiday/weekend availability. Training and growth opportunities are provided.
