Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Shift Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced restaurant and leads by example. You’ll help ensure food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while coaching team members.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Shift Manager experience preferred but will train the right person.

Freddy’s is now hiring a Shift Manager who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant Shift Managers must care about food safety and cleanliness and be willing to “pitch‑in” and help co‑workers with their job duties such as cook, cashier, and custard making. On‑the‑job Shift Manager training will be provided.
