Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is hiring a Shift Manager to lead by example in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes food safety, cleanliness, and a willingness to pitch in with cook, cashier, and custard duties.

On-the-job training will be provided to build leadership and operational skills. Eligible candidates have at least 18 years of age, one year in the industry, and the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Shift Manager experience preferred but will train the right person.
• Must be 18 years of age.
