Bango Bowls Shift Leaders are vital to our team and culture. They drive positive change by managing daily store operations, overseeing team members during shifts, and engaging with customers to ensure the best service possible. The shift leader reports to the General Manager.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all staff during your shift
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to boost sales and reduce costs
  • Assist the General Manager by being a true team player
  • Customer Experience: Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and improving food, beverage, and service quality; building relationships with regular patrons
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas, respond to complaints, and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into repeat customers
  • Maintain a safe working and guest environment to prevent injuries and accidents
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and relevant laws and ordinances
  • Guarantee consistent high quality of food preparation and service
  • Maintain a professional restaurant image
