Job summary

McDonald’s in Victorville seeks a Shift Manager to oversee crew schedules, provide leadership, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll drive food safety and cleanliness, manage safety, security, inventory, and profitability, and foster ongoing training and development for the team. This is a flexible, often full-time/part-time role with opportunities.

You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Shift Manager at McDonald's.
