McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Vanceburg, KY to lead daily operations and develop a team. You’ll oversee shifts, coach Crew Members, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with growth opportunities through a structured management pathway and continued leadership training. Franchisee-led position with a path to higher responsibility.
