JOB SUMMARY

The Shift Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation and direction of team members during assigned shifts to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. This person will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times and will be a strong teammate to our franchise partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage each shift and address issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, food delivery, etc.
2. Complete all daily paperwork including red book information, shift inventories, and other necessary documentation to ensure the unit's profitability.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the unit.
4. Enforce all brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
5. Train staff at all levels in proper operations of POS systems and back-of-house functions, as well as front-of-house operations.
6. Ensure each customer is fully satisfied during their visit.
7. Represent the company professionally at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication skills with all hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during normal operation hours.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
