Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
