Job summary

Wendy's in New York is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the crew, deliver excellent service, and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. You will oversee food prep, quality control, and cleanliness, enforce food safety, schedule shifts, mentor teammates, and drive sales while maintaining a fun, high-energy workplace.

You will lead a fast-paced team, handle customer concerns professionally, and ensure a supportive environment for growth and development at every shift.

Qualifications

• At least one year of quick service restaurant management experience or two years of crew experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and available for evening and late-night shifts
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Strong work ethic with leadership ability to lead a crew
